We're a forward-thinking organization seeking a seasoned E-commerce Sales and Marketing Executive to spearhead our e-commerce initiatives.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who can assist in all areas of sales and marketing support, driving top and bottom line growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Portal Management: Manage existing listings and onboard new products in various e-commerce platforms.
  • Driving Growth: Perform Cost Profit Analysis, manage inventory, process orders, build product selection, negotiate terms, develop pricing strategies, and plan for sales deals.
  • Business Planning and Communication: Develop and implement business plans, communicate with vendors, and drive sales target achievement.
Requirements:
  • Hardworking and able to meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and stability.
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce company is advantageous.
  • Ability to apply high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (internally and externally).
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills; additional languages are beneficial.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

This full-time role is based in Anandapur, South Kolkata. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹3 LPA - 3.6 LPA.
