Territory Sales Leader

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales professional to join our team at Bajaj Electricals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customers in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in the defined region to meet planned goals and manage the database as per assigned calls.
- Participate in negotiations and strive to negotiate and close deals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide techno-commercial offers through the presales team.
- Make presentations and demonstrations at customer sites.
- Develop long-lasting customer relationships by providing proper support and coordinating deliveries.
- Update reports and share the outcome of visits.
- Maintain daily reports and a proper database of all opportunities apart from the funnel.
- Make follow-ups to existing clients and maximize reach to untapped areas.
- Ensure smooth transaction sales and achieve quarterly and yearly targets set by management.
- Share competitor details and market positions.
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronic Engineering) or MBA/PGDM (Marketing).
- 2+ years of experience in the electrical industry, with a preference for experience in the flameproof industry.
