Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Operations Optimization Strategist to join our team at Lilly.
This role will involve working closely with our sales teams to optimize their performance and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collating information regarding our dynamic targeting diagnostic framework and purposes of analysis;
- Conducting analysis and drawing insights on acceptance and execution of dynamic targeting suggestions;
- Presenting these insights and results to key stakeholders for driving key business decisions;
- Establishing KPIs to measure adoption and usage of new digital offerings or engagement models;
- Brainstorming performance tracking measures to check whether new capabilities or offerings are achieving intended goals;
- Using statistical analyses such as regression, Anova, and A/B testing to track KPIs, draw insights, and suggest course corrections;
- Utilizing datasets such as field execution, tool activity, sales, and surveys to track and tweak deployed field engagement platforms;
- Providing inputs to optimize field force effectiveness through processes such as sales force sizing, alignment design, personnel placement, targeting, incentives, and more;
- Creating customer behavior profiles to support sales teams and enhance and track performance against plans;
- Setting up recurring Tableau and Power BI reports to measure key KPIs of field force execution;
- Using data and reports to develop, optimize, and implement strategies aimed at improving sales teams' performance;
- Automating excel-based operations to SQL/Python for improving processing turnaround time and setting up quality assurance procedures;
- Validating data quality and accuracy of existing process results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree;
- 4-6 years (Associate Consultant) or 6-8 years (Sr. Associate Consultant) of experience in sales planning and management;
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (BI, Tableau), Javelin suite of products, CRM systems, Veeva, SQL, AWS, and MS Office;
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and prioritization skills with attention to detail;
- Strong learning agility;
- Strong analytical mindset;
- High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations;
- Keen focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems, supported by strong analytical reasoning;
- Experience in designing feedback surveys and text analytics;
- Experience in business analysis;
- Experience working on SFE for US.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
