Job Summary

As a Senior Manager- Sales Planning and Business Development at Tata Motors, you will be responsible for key account management of current customers. This includes engaging with the SCM team of customers and communicating internally for the supply of aggregates as per customer production plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist the Sales Head in preparing and executing the Annual Sale Plan and translating it into an Annual Production plan along with plant operations team.
  • To coordinate periodic quality review between key stakeholders of TML and customer key stakeholders and track implementation of agreed changes.
  • To review consumer insights with customer sales head to understand additional business opportunities with existing customers or any adverse trends, and create adequate response plans.
  • To ensure and coordinate timely payment from customers. In case of credit offered, review internally with TML finance and customer finance on account reconciliation on a monthly basis.
  • To keep track of customers' new product launches and current machine upgrades and participate in ensuring that the Product Development and ERC teams are updated for any new aggregate requirements.
