Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the performance of multiple EdTech stores within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, meeting sales and revenue targets, driving ATL & BTL activities for lead generation, fostering team development, and enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the operations of stores within the Bangalore region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Ensure all stores meet performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • Drive new store launches within the region
    • Sales and Revenue Growth:
      • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth across all stores.
      • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive regional campaigns and promotions.
      • Ensure ATL & BTL activities are carried out by centre managers to drive efficient lead generation
      • Team Leadership and Development:
        • Lead, mentor, and motivate Store managers and their teams to deliver outstanding results.
        • Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
        • Customer Experience:
          • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all stores.
          • Address escalated customer issues and implement measures to improve satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the EdTech, retail, or education industry.
  • A proven track record of managing multi-location operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Candidate-focused with a deep understanding of delivering high-quality experiences.

Salary Range

Rupees 1,500,000 - 2,500,000 per annum.
