Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the performance of multiple EdTech stores within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, meeting sales and revenue targets, driving ATL & BTL activities for lead generation, fostering team development, and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the operations of stores within the Bangalore region, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all stores meet performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Drive new store launches within the region
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth across all stores.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive regional campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure ATL & BTL activities are carried out by centre managers to drive efficient lead generation
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Store managers and their teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all stores.
- Address escalated customer issues and implement measures to improve satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the EdTech, retail, or education industry.
- A proven track record of managing multi-location operations and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Candidate-focused with a deep understanding of delivering high-quality experiences.
Salary Range
Rupees 1,500,000 - 2,500,000 per annum.
