Job Details
Title: Global Helpdesk Operation
Shift: Early morning shift (rotational shifts with no night shifts)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Revision of user manuals based on IT section instructions
  • Providing technical support for G base software (main frame) and Pega System
  • Assisting end-users with software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
  • Ensuring systems run efficiently
  • Documenting and tracking support tickets

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with international accent
  • Previous experience working on domestic and international projects
  • Past experience in banking application tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
  • Past experience handling international client calls, emails, or chat

Qualification and Experience
We are looking for candidates with a graduate degree in computer science and/or a Master's degree in application tools. Relevant experience in helpdesk operations, preferably with banking application tools, is essential. A minimum of 2-8 years of relevant experience is required.
