Job Title:

IT Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT account manager to join our team and lead the recruitment process from start to finish.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
  • They will be responsible for owning and growing MSP/client relationships in the UK & EU, managing end-to-end IT recruitment with a delivery team, coaching recruiters, and bringing market insights to clients.
  • Key skills and qualifications include strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment market, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and meeting recruitment targets.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • As a trusted advisor, they will build long-term relationships with clients, aiming to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet their IT needs.
  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Managing client accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Working closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality IT talent based on client needs.
    • Providing training to recruiters and team members on sourcing technology and emerging skills.
    • Coaching recruiters to improve their skills and performance.
    • Developing and managing client expectations and timelines, ensuring timely and successful placements.
    • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, aiming to be seen as a trusted advisor for their IT recruitment needs.
    • Assisting recruiters to source the profile as per the given Job description and screen the profile, schedule an interview and follow up till the candidate joins the client's place.
    • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and placement.
    • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
