Job Opportunity: Expert HR Transformation Advisor

Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with clients and drive transformative change in HR processes, ensuring seamless implementations and compliance with UK-specific regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end transformations of HR systems for UK-based clients, aligning solutions with local statutory and regulatory needs.
  • Run Business Process Reviews (AS-IS / TO-BE) - map workflows, uncover pain points, and define actionable improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions in unionised and non-unionised environments.
  • Configure and support Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking, optimising for UK HR scenarios.
  • Partner with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs: process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with UK-based organisations (end-to-end or major workstreams).
  • Deep understanding of UK HR laws, statutory requirements, and collective agreements.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-on expertise across EC Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking; experience with payroll integration touchpoints.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK for client workshops.
