Job Title: Sr. Corporate HR

Location: Jaipur – Remote, with UK shift timing.

Key Information:

  • Shift timing: 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Corporate HR professional to drive seamless HR operations. This role is critical in managing attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee attendance records for accuracy in timesheets.
  2. Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
  3. Maintain and update leave management systems for fair policy implementation.
  4. Handle employee queries on payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  5. Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
  7. Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  8. Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
  • Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
