The successful candidate will have a high level of professionalism, initiative, and independence, with a willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets, particularly the UK study abroad landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities across diverse cultures.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
