Job Title: Cargo Sales and Business Development Leader

About Us: We are a leading GSA Group with a growing presence across 5+ countries. Our organization is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Business Development Leader to drive cargo sales efforts in UAE for an online carrier ex UAE.

Role Overview: The Sales and Business Development Leader will be responsible for developing and executing the regional cargo sales strategy, building and managing key relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners, meeting sales targets, and maximizing revenue opportunities in UAE.

  • Develop and execute UAE regional cargo sales strategy
  • Build and manage key relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners
  • Meet sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Represent our partner in industry forums and client meetings

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in air cargo sales/GSSA

Essential Skills: Strong network within the freight and logistics industry in UAE, self-motivated, target-driven, excellent at client relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills
