
Executive Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager to oversee the setup of a new business from scratch. As our Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in setting up and managing all aspects of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the business head and be involved across various business functions. You will be responsible for overseeing business data management, sharing actionable insights for improvement, and owning both on-ground and behind-the-scenes business execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI. Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis are mandatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Data Management: Oversee complete business data management, from function charters to P&L, and draw actionable insights.
- Execution Ownership: Own on-ground business execution, working with the business head and owning business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business functions and leadership, working closely with every function and helping them solve problems.
- Process Building and Productization: Create SOPs for the business and productize operations through internal tech/third-party SaaS solutions.
- New City Launches: Play a key role in new city launches, acting as city lead for on-ground operations during the initial launch period.
- Bachelor's degree from a tier 1 university, and MBA from a reputable institution.
- 1-5 years of work experience, preferably in sales and program management, with experience from retail distribution/sales or BFSI being preferred.
- Prior project management experience and high comfort with data dashboarding and analysis are mandatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of ownership, ability to switch context, and building new business skills quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
