Lead Sales Strategist

Are you a seasoned sales professional with experience in media, marketing solutions and business events? We are looking for someone to join our team as a Lead Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing high-impact brand partnerships and executing innovative sales strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive revenue targets for media sales, branded content, sponsorships, and marketing solutions.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with C-suite executives (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Business Leaders).
  • Work independently to establish revenue streams before expanding the team.
  • Develop and execute an aggressive B2B sales strategy to bring in high-value clients.
  • Innovate new monetization models to grow media, events, and brand partnerships.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who can work independently and drive revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B media sales, brand solutions, or marketing partnerships.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals with CMOs, marketing heads, and business leaders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills—able to understand a brand's needs and craft impactful solutions.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative brand partnerships and monetization strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling pitch decks that influence decision-makers.
