Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished business leader to drive revenue growth and manage performance metrics in a regional context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the revenue of the region and manage critical growth and performance metrics.
  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Develop and lead a young and ambitious team, comprising Business / Design Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs, etc.
  • Develop the ecosystem for successful design experience for internal teams and customers.
  • Own the quality of design closure for catalogue products and home improvement services in the region.
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and team member satisfaction.
  • Be the voice of the region and customer inside our organization, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design or Civil, or an equivalent degree. MBA is an added advantage.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to convey business requirements effectively.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Possesses significant personal and professional drive to continuously improve design and design experience.
  • Deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, etc.
  • Strong leadership to hire, retain, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
  • Ability to track and train team members, course-correct weak performance, and reward appropriately.
  • Customer empathy to appreciate customer problems and be a trustworthy partner.
  • Be a leader in the representative region, exhibiting hunger, humility, and lean thinking.
