Job Title: Agile Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Team Leader to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project execution. This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on project management experience.

About the Role:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Guide teams in Agile adoption and ensure adherence to Scrum principles, driving efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, identifying and mitigating risks, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance, providing actionable insights for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, with experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus
