Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who possesses strong Business Analyst skills to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques enabling them to bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Overall 8+ years of experience with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of software development processes and practices.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is a must.
