Project Coordinator Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our organization and lead agile software development projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster high-performing teams, ensuring seamless sprint ceremonies and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Coach and motivate agile development teams, promoting a collaborative environment that drives results. Provide expert guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, addressing potential issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
  • Promote effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reports, and presentations. Foster transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to establish and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Pursue continuous improvement within the development teams, implementing Agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Monitor project expenses, ensuring timely delivery within allocated budgets. Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring project outcomes align with their goals.
