Job Opening for Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned senior program manager with ERP integration expertise to lead complex projects and drive strategic growth.

  • 10+ years of experience in managing program/project management, including ERP systems and technology infrastructure.
  • A proven track record in overseeing multi-country rollouts and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong Agile delivery skills with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  3. Monitor and control project expenses to meet budget targets and optimize resource allocation.
  4. Lead Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or computer science.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with knowledge of system implementation and customization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Lean principles.
  • Leadership/management certification (PMP, Scrum Master) with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
