
HR Business Development Professional

The position of an HR Business Partner is crucial for the effective management of people within a business area. Spanning approximately 200 – 300 employees, this role involves engaging with business leaders to drive success.
This key role will focus on Talent Management, Organizational Design, and Efficiency to deliver impactful HR initiatives. The individual will implement various strategies to address current and future business challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and recommend organizational design strategies to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Design compensation and benefits initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to identify risks and develop solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Implement communication plans and track progress.
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals.
- Contribute to annual headcount planning and budgeting.
- Coordinate with department heads to finalize headcount requirements.
- Monitor and track headcount plans.
- Develop talent management strategies to identify and retain high-potential employees.
- Create succession plans to ensure leadership continuity.
- Collaborate with business leaders to mitigate talent risks.
- Regularly interact with employees across regions to gauge engagement levels.
- Work with stakeholders to create innovative employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify employee needs and concerns through formal and informal channels.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data.
- Provide feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Track and follow-up on agreed improvement areas.
- Coordinate rewards and recognition programs with department heads.
- Foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.
- Strong business acumen with strategic perspective.
- Ability to understand business strategy and its HR implications.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with superior ability to execute.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze human capital data.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Postgraduate degree in HR/IR from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a dynamic industry.
