HR and Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR and operations professional to join our fast-growing creative organization. This role involves managing hiring processes, overseeing office operations, supporting client shoots, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR:
- Manage end-to-end hiring, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling
- Coordinate employee onboarding, maintain accurate records, and handle payroll inputs
- Track leaves, attendance, and ensure seamless HR operations
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Operations & Coordination:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a smooth workflow
- Coordinate with external partners as required
- Assist in project tracking and follow-up with teams
Shoot & Production Support:
- Provide logistical support to the creative team during client shoots
- Manage props and crew arrangements on shoot days
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (agency/creative industry experience advantageous)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions
