Key Position Overview

The Human Resources Assistant Manager role is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring compliance with labour laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling employee relations effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements, identifying potential risks and taking corrective actions to mitigate them.
  • HR Policy Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Handle employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Analytics and Insights: Prepare regular HR reports and MIS using MS Excel to provide valuable insights for business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Education: Master's Degree or MBA in HR.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and procedures; proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems; excellent communication and leadership skills.
