Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle all aspects of onboarding, including asset and access-related tasks, background verification, and training programs. This will enable business leaders and People Partners to make informed decisions that foster a positive and productive work culture.

  • We require someone to manage logistics for team events, offsites, and workations while maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing employees, ensuring their happiness and productivity. This includes regular check-ins, policy explanations, and conflict resolution.
  • As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), you will answer questions related to company policies, culture, and benefits. You will also create engaging activities to boost team morale and retention.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement policies, reflecting our vision, mission, and values. Strategize programs to minimize attrition and maximize employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for departing employees.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field. A degree in HR or a related field is required.

  • Excellent attention to detail, maturity, and empathy are essential for handling people matters sensitively.
  • High energy levels, excellent communication skills, and a knack for people are must-haves.
  • Prior experience with a remote, global team of over 250 people is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, and other related tools is necessary.
