Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

  • Strategic partnerships with business leaders will drive people strategies, enhance employee experience, and build a culture of performance and engagement across teams.
  • The HRBP role involves managing large-scale operations, handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
  • Employee relations, grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and cultural ambassadorship are key responsibilities for the successful candidate.
  • HR analytics, tracking, and analysis of key metrics like attrition, engagement scores, and productivity trends require strong analytical skills.
  • A collaborative approach to work with central HR teams on policy implementation, compliance, and HR process improvements is essential.
  • Strong engagement programs tailored to the needs of BPO employees across shifts require excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • The right candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an HRBP in the BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Proven experience in handling large employee bases (minimum 300–500 employees), strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills are necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tools, data reporting, and HRMS platforms are also required.

Requirements: An MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
