The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.
Job DescriptionThis is a high-impact role that ensures the successful onboarding of new schools, fosters strong relationships with school leaders, and supports implementation of our solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the expansion of our Test Prep program by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support school growth through engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Account team.
- Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

- 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition with 2 - 4 years in leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required.
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to travel across the given Territory / Zone
