• The Early Childhood Education Specialist will facilitate learning in a Montessori classroom environment by utilizing innovative teaching methods and materials.
• They will create lesson plans and implement curriculum activities that cater to the diverse needs of each child.
• Effective communication with parents regarding student development is essential for this role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate degree in any discipline (Montessori training/certification preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient attitude are necessary for success in this position.
• Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles is required.

Key Responsibilities:
