Reinventing HR processes is a key challenge for UK-based organizations, and implementing SuccessFactors solutions can be instrumental in delivering seamless experiences. As a Business Process Strategist, your role will involve leading end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors, ensuring that the solutions align with local statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute Business Process Reviews (AS-IS / TO-BE) to map workflows, uncover pain points, and define actionable improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive decisions and align on business objectives in unionized and non-unionized environments.
  • Configure and support Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking, optimizing for UK HR scenarios.
  • Partner with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with SuccessFactors implementation, preferably with UK-based organizations.
  • Deep understanding of UK HR laws, statutory requirements, and collective agreements.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-on expertise across EC Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking; experience with payroll integration touchpoints.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK for client workshops.
