SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) professional to lead implementation, configuration, and support of HR and payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SuccessFactors solutions, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. They will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes and ensure seamless payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to meet business needs.
  • Manage system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Ensure smooth integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems (SAP ERP, Finance, Time Management, Benefits, etc.).
  • Support business users by resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using middleware such as CPI or Boomi.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
