Job Title: Technical HR Solutions Expert

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical HR Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that drive business value and improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform, including hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • In-depth knowledge of HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations, including unit testing, defect fixing, and hypercare support.
  • Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
