ServiceNow Technical Expert

This role is ideal for skilled ServiceNow professionals who are passionate about leveraging their technical expertise to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom workflows, business rules, and client/server scripts to optimize ServiceNow functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
  • Develop and implement data import/export processes, UI policies, and scoped apps to enhance system efficiency.
  • Set up and track key metrics, such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, and SLA performance, to inform business decisions.
  • Provide technical leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and facilities teams, to define and streamline workflows that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and other core features.
  • Experience with catalog item creation, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Proficiency in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and facilities teams to define and streamline workflows.
