Technical Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer with expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) modules to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in designing, developing and implementing solutions for GRC processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms and reports.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow technologies, best practices and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide and Jelly.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces.
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP and MID Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Certifications - CIS - ITSM and CIS - R&C Certification
