HCM Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HCM specialist to lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR solutions.

  • Design and execute comprehensive HCM strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives.
  • Configure and customize HR systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on HR best practices and system configurations.

Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of HCM modules, including position management, job information, personal info, and global benefits.
  • Familiarity with integration center, OData API, and middleware tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other SF modules is a plus.
  • Exposure to SAP Payroll (On-Premise or EC Payroll) and Time Management is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM (PA/OM) is beneficial.
