Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering successful cloud-based human capital management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including payroll, benefits, time and absence, and talent management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  5. Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes, design complex enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  6. Has worked with small and large teams, has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to develop tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of different aspects of the life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
