Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HCM expert to join our team and support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our benefits module.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations.

The role requires intermediary skills for other HCM modules, including Core HR, Goal & Performance, and Compensation.

  • Modifying/configuring and maintaining benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.
  • Supporting open enrollment and life event processing.
  • Developing and troubleshooting fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads.
  • Building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
  • Collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
  • Managing Oracle SRs and coordinating with Oracle support for issue resolution.
  • Conducting functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.
  • Documenting configurations, processes, and change requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits.
  • Understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and fast formulas.
  • Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices.
