About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Payroll Analyst to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The Workday HCM Payroll Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining payroll processes in Workday, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees. The successful candidate will have experience with enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, and SuccessFactor.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in IT industry and have a strong background in domains such as HCM and Payroll. They should also have technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL, or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above-mentioned applications based on client specifications.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Experience working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
  • Exposure to domains - HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
  • Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above-mentioned application based on client specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
  • Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
