Job Title: Senior Workday Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team and drive the implementation of Workday solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong business analyst skills and in-depth knowledge of Workday configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Lead change management activities and ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in establishing processes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
