About Workday Absence and Time Tracking Functional Consultant

This is a highly specialized role that requires expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, including configuration, implementation, and optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, providing expert guidance on best practices, gathering business requirements, and configuring Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards.

In addition, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of business processes, work closely with data and integration teams, and provide end-user training and develop documentation. Staying up-to-date with Workday features and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency are also essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
