Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resources processes and principles, with experience in at least two functional areas within HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, test, and maintain integrations with Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies to enhance Workday's functionality.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Develop and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews to guarantee the highest level of quality.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues to minimize downtime.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems (e.g., Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone) to expand Workday's capabilities.
  • Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems to drive organizational growth.
  • Support HR reporting needs using Workday, Business Intelligence tools, and custom reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday Studio for complex integrations
  • Expertise in Core/Payroll Connectors for seamless data exchange
  • Proficiency in Calculated Fields and XSLT/XML for data transformations
  • Understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST) for API connectivity
Desirable Cross-ERP Exposure:
  • Oracle EBS – PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Interfaces, XML Publisher, Workflow
  • PeopleSoft – PeopleCode, App Designer, App Engine, SQR, CI, PS Query, Integration Broker
  • SAP/SuccessFactors – ABAP HR, Integration (Boomi, PI), Fiori/UI5, ODATA, HANA
Domain Knowledge:
  • Strong grasp of HR processes and fundamentals
  • Project experience in at least two HR functional areas: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence
