We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Professional to drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a Global Capability Center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across various functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.
  • Deploy psychometric assessment tools to support fair and effective selection.
  • Implement recruitment automation solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
  • Proven track record of hiring for mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessment platforms.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
  • Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics certifications will be an added advantage.
