Key Responsibilities:
  • Post and manage job adverts on various platforms
  • Perform active candidate outreach via multiple channels
  • Design and implement screening and assessment processes, including technical evaluations and video interviews
  • Review applications, conduct background checks, and create shortlists for clients
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely feedback and responses
  • Build relationships with institutional partners, promoting employer brand awareness
  • Continuously refine the recruitment process and report performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Systems thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Intrinsic drive to improve processes continually
  • Highly resourceful and able to execute tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset, prioritizing team success over individual goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to document new processes and communicate effectively
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale-up
