The Role:

We seek a results-driven Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our team and manage strategic partner relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  2. Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  3. Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  4. Engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  5. Monitor and analyze program performance, using data to derive insights and continuously improve GTM tactics.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives with client objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making abilities are essential.
