Job Title: Strategic Partnership Developer
Job Description:The Banking Alliance Manager plays a pivotal role in building and managing strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to expand the company's business capabilities.
This role requires identifying and assessing potential partners by researching and analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business objectives.
A successful Banking Alliance Manager determines the alignment of partner businesses with those of the company, evaluating risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the alignment of partner business objectives with those of the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.
- Drive growth and new initiatives through joint partnership opportunities.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-7 years of experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated history of generating growth using data analysis.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
- Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across various levels of the organization.
