Job Title: Lead – Partnerships and Growth Strategies

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our partnerships and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, pitch, and close high-impact deals with potential partners.
  • BUILD and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to activate collaborations.
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • A proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A High ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • A strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
