
Regional Partnerships Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India. To achieve this goal, we need a skilled individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with Thrillophilia's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. They should be able to represent us in external meetings, secure proposals, and deliver on defined sales and partnership targets. The role requires frequent travel across India and the ability to work independently in remote settings when stationed at partner locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure that partners receive seamless communication and service delivery.
- Meetings & Proposals: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
- Negotiations & Agreements: Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies.
- Sales & Revenue Targets: Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
