Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the development and implementation of strategic recruitment plans, processes, and procedures to attract and acquire top talent across various industries.

As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding hiring requirements of business stakeholders
  • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms and leveraging professional networks
  • Reviewing and screening resumes to ensure alignment with business needs
  • Advertising job openings through various channels, including careers pages, social media, job boards, and internal communications
  • Attracting candidates through targeted marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives
  • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conducting in-person and telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Maintaining relationships with consultants and external partners to achieve staffing goals
  • Closing corporate and club-level hiring within defined timeframes
  • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates
  • Staying updated about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements for this role include:

  • A graduate degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and excellent communication abilities
