Role & responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across retail , corporate functions, and sales roles ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals; forecast hiring needs and prepare talent planning.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines via diverse sourcing methodssocial media, job portals, referrals, agencies, campus drivestargeting senior roles.
  • Design employer branding initiatives to enhance Tata Croma's appeal as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to align role definitions, manage compensation discussions, and negotiate offers.
  • Oversee ATS utilization—ensure accurate tracking of candidate progression, maintain recruitment dashboards, and report on metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters—set SLAs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and market intelligence to anticipate talent gaps and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with labour laws, Tata Group policies, and internal HR standards.

Ideal Profile

  • years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership of high-size teams
  • Proven track record in retail or consumer-facing sectors with exposure to leadership hiring
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, employer branding, ATS, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset
