Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a crucial role in driving our scientific and rigorous approach to executive search.

  • This individual will combine analytical thinking with relationship building to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a go-getter mindset, strong curiosity, and excellent time management and prioritization skills.

In this role, you will conduct deep-dive research into specific industries, companies, and talent pools, analyzing market trends, compensation structures, and emerging talent patterns.

You will work closely with partners to manage complex search assignments from inception to completion, creating detailed position specifications, project timelines, and status reports.

Evaluate candidates based on multiple dimensions, conduct preliminary interviews, prepare assessment reports, and help partners make data-driven decisions.

Maintain and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring authentic and meaningful engagement.

SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BY ASSISTING PARTNERS IN CREATING COMPELLING CLIENT PROPOSALS, CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH FOR NEW OPPORTUNITIES, AND PREPARING MATERIALS THAT DEMONSTRATE OUR UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION AND TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS.

Requirements:

  • Strong English written and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Adept in research and insight generation/synthesis.
  • Understanding of business fundamentals as well as complex business contexts.
  • Professional maturity to interact with senior executives.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
