Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a critical role in designing and executing effective hiring strategies to meet the talent needs of the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional who can drive business results through innovative sourcing, talent pipeline development, and candidate engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful placements, with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition practices. You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals;
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding;
- Partnering with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives;
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through active networking, referrals, job portals, and campus hiring;
- Introducing innovative hiring practices by leveraging digital platforms, assessment tools, and social media recruitment;
- Ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and industry best practices during the recruitment process;
- Tracking and monitoring recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire) and presenting regular reports to management;
- Collaborating with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job boards to optimize hiring outcomes;
- Driving continuous improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Essential Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 8-10 years of experience in recruitment with a strong track record of successful placements;
- Demonstrated success in handling leadership-level and niche hiring;
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR tools;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.
