Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role:
- Oversee human resources operations and strategies to support business growth initiatives
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract top talent and drive organizational success
- Design and execute performance evaluation systems to measure employee performance and identify areas for improvement
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive, motivated work environment
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people strategy and organizational design
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strategic recruitment plans to support rapid hiring needs and drive business outcomes
- Establish clear frameworks for HR operations, policies, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance and best practices
- Identify and develop talent pools of candidates to meet various business needs
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRMS management
- Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, special projects, and broader problem-solving beyond traditional HR responsibilities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR leadership, with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with startups or rapidly scaling businesses
- Background in financial services, private equity, or start-ups, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
- MBA in HR or equivalent, with a focus on strategic leadership and organizational development
