Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our end-to-end talent acquisition process, focusing on IT recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a clear understanding of HR best practices, able to collaborate with employees at all levels. You will play a vital role in talent attraction, performance management, and ensuring successful implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end HR responsibilities, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
  • Timely recruit and onboard new hires, focusing on talent acquisition strategies for the IT and services industry.
  • Support the performance management process, providing constructive feedback to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with employees at all levels to drive key HR initiatives at a locational level.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration for employees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • HR degree and relevant experience from the IT & Services industry.
  • Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Clear understanding of HRMS and EDM systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
  • Excellent data management skills and analysis abilities.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
