Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating various placement-related activities, including determining employment interests, liaising with corporate partners, and representing the institution at professional forums.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include maintaining databases, coordinating campus interviews, and preparing brochures with student committees to facilitate lateral and final placements. You will also be responsible for visiting industries, building industry interfaces, and arranging for training programs, CEO series, and corporate projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in marketing or human resources. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in placement at institutes of national or international repute.
